About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Forecast Analyst to lead our Sales Forecast team in Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class availability and operational efficiencies by improving forecast accuracy and enhancing ways of working with internal and external stakeholders.



Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Forecast team to ensure high levels of competence within the team.
  • Manage and optimize sales forecast quality for key events throughout the year, including Easter, Christmas, and Toy Sale.
  • Partner with system analysts to maintain and improve system forecast performance, reducing the need for manual adjustments.
  • Lead and execute Consensus Forecasting collaboration initiatives, building partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and analysis on key trade opportunities, seeking and integrating additional market insights into the sales forecast and replenishment.


About You

  • You have experience managing a team of analysts.
  • You have managed High SKU/high location count environments.
  • You have experience with advanced statistical forecasting and replenishment software.
  • You possess strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • You have experience in project management and leading initiatives.
