A newly created Finance Manager position at an ASX-listed Biopharmaceutical company is now available. With a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, this role offers exceptional growth opportunities and the chance to work closely with an experienced CFO.

Job Description

  • Financial Reporting: Ownership of management accounts and financial statement preparation, including P&Ls, CF forecasting, and BS reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparation of budgeting and forecasting reports, analysis, and presentation.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Management and oversight of the group's AP operation and AR ledger.
  • Payroll Function: Management and control of the payroll function.
  • Banking and Payments System: Management and oversight of the banking and payments system.
  • Process Improvement: Continual review and improvement of processes to streamline, automate, and simplify daily activities and month-end close.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provision of timely, accurate, and insightful reporting and analysis to drive the identification and improvement of issues and opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess superior communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to partner and influence key non-finance executives.
  • Highly adaptable and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
