We are seeking a seasoned Financial Transformation Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex ERP or transformation programs, with a strong focus on financial processes and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and define finance system requirements with stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Analyse, document, and streamline business processes for efficiency and automation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Work with technical teams on data migration, integration, and testing activities, ensuring high-quality results and minimal downtime.
  • Facilitate workshops, impact analysis, and support business readiness activities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Promote adoption of standard SAP processes across finance functions, driving consistency and best practices.

A strong understanding of finance processes (GL, actuals, planning, budgeting) is essential, along with the ability to work in evolving landscapes with changing priorities.

Requirements:
  • Extensive Business Analyst experience, preferably in a financial transformation context.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, actuals, planning, and budgeting.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Comfortable working in evolving landscapes, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
