About the Role

The Consumer Business Manager at Sports Entertainment Network is responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the fan experience through strategic planning and execution of the consumer business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Strategy and Management
    • Develop and implement membership growth strategies, including targeted marketing campaigns and member retention initiatives.
    • Design and execute programs to engage and retain members, providing exclusive content and personalized communication.
    • Analyse membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ticketing Strategy and Management
    • Develop and execute comprehensive ticket sales strategies to maximize revenue and attendance, including dynamic pricing models and promotional offers.
    • Implement dynamic pricing models and promotional offers to attract diverse audiences and fill seats.
    • Manage all ticket sales channels, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly purchasing experience.
  • Merchandise Strategy and Management
    • Develop and implement merchandise strategies to increase sales, including product selection, pricing, and inventory management.
    • Expand merchandise sales channels, including online stores and on-site retail locations.
    • Collaborate with designers and suppliers to create unique and high-quality merchandise.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist in developing internal proposals for consumer business initiatives.
    • Draft and review contracts with vendors and suppliers.
    • Manage invoicing and follow up on payments.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in consumer business management, focusing on membership, ticketing, and merchandise.
    • Strong portfolio of successful projects and initiatives in a similar role.
    • Background in data analysis and strategic planning.
