The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled lawyer to join our Brisbane-based insurance team. As a member of this team, you will be involved in defending various personal injury and property damage claims, acting for prominent names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defending personal injury and property damage claims in court
- Acting for prominent names in the insurance industry
- Managing a caseload of files
- Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in defendant insurance law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
