As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless night operations. Your responsibilities will include leading the overnight team, driving team engagement, guest feedback & problem resolution, brand and cleanliness standards. Safety and security of guests will be your top priority, and you will also be responsible for completing the night audit function accurately and on time.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and guests. You must be confident in handling problems and possess strong problem-solving, training, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera is essential, as is experience working in a large hotel in a Front Office environment. Additionally, you must have a proven ability to lead & develop a team, improve guest satisfaction & maintain standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident in Problem handling
  • Problem solving, training and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera
  • Experience working in a large hotel in a Front Office environment
  • Proven ability to lead & develop a team, improve guest satisfaction & maintain standards
  • A proactive approach to developing & maintaining strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, written & communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & prioritise workload
  • Flexible to work weekends & evenings across a 7-day roster
  • Must have a Valid VIC Drivers License
  • Must have VIC RSA
  • First Aid certified
  • Meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
