This casual position will assist in providing coverage for RDO's and Annual Leave for our Night Crew.
About the role
- Conduct the night audit and oversee financial controls such as revenue auditing, accounts payable, credit card transactions, and purchasing policies
- Collaborate with hotel management to monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies
- Maintain hotel safety, security and emergency procedures
- Assist in checking in late arriving and early departing guests, providing the highest level of service
About You
- A true night owl with the ability to work consistent overnight shifts (11pm-7am)
- Supervisory experience in hotel Front Office operations
- Organised, dependable, and confident working independently
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
- Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS (HMS or similar) is an advantage
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
