Hotel Night Manager

We are a leading hospitality establishment located in the heart of Melbourne. As our Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing back-of-house operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing night operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security protocols
  • Developing and mentoring a small team on the overnight shift to enhance operational efficiency
  • Handling emergency situations and management challenges that arise during shifts

You will also be accountable for:

  • Managing daily financial reconciliations and completing revenue postings and reports in a timely manner
  • Providing support to the Front Office team and other departments as needed to ensure seamless hotel operations

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a Front Office environment with proven leadership skills
  • Previous experience working as a Night Auditor
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems, preferably OPERA
