Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance and continuous improvement of our substantial precinct located in Melbourne's mid-town.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional commercial management expertise at the precinct
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including co-owners, tenants, and operational staff
- Lead a team of colleagues and direct reports
- Drive financial performance to improve the value of the precinct
- Prepare regular reports capturing property performance, aged debtors, leasing, operational, and sustainability metrics
- Relevant experience in a similar property management or commercial role
- Relevant degree, preferably in a field such as property, business, or commerce
- Valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration
- Competent skills in using the MS Office Suite
- Demonstrable track record of managing income and expenditure at property level
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communication skills with the ability to engage within a team
- Ability to look for opportunities to contribute, innovate, and add value
- Ability to work autonomously and coordinate recommendations and reports
