CGC Recruitment is partnering with a leading Tier 1 Contractor to fill a Commercial Manager position. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on delivering major Transport, Resources, Defence, and Building Projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sub-contracts and negotiate variations
- Assess claims and report forecasts
- Prepare cost plans and assist with estimating and auditing
Requirements
- 10 years of post-graduate experience in commercial management
- Prior experience working with Tier 1 Contractors on projects over $300ml
- Defence experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff and work as a team player
