Role Overview

  • The successful candidate will work closely with Strategy & Operations leaders to drive informed decision making through analytics-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analytics projects to support senior leaders across Strategy & Operations.
  • Develop comprehensive business insights by integrating multiple data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work with Analytics Leads and Senior Analysts on project execution.
  • Design analytical models and perform deep dives to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Support key decision makers using data-driven storytelling and visualisation.

Critical Competencies

  • Technical mastery of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Comfort working with complex and diverse datasets.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and other modern BI tools.
  • Previous experience with statistical approaches to analysis.
  • Non-technical commercial mindset and understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or SaaS, in a stakeholder-facing capacity or as a technical practitioner.
  • Aptitude to learn and apply skills to new contexts quickly.
  • Experience delivering analytics in the form of interactive dashboards.
  • Experience applying analytics techniques and statistical methodologies.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role offers the chance to join a rapidly growing company and contribute to its strategic growth.
