Operational Risk Expert

We are seeking an experienced risk management professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational awareness across our businesses
- Partner with trading desks and support groups to develop a thorough understanding of processes and proactively manage operational risks
- Provide expert advice on risks and controls, support process improvements, and promote risk awareness
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets risk management, with expertise in advising on risk matters, assessing new products, investigating incidents, and testing controls.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in non-financial risk management, preferably within financial markets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret and balance commercial and risk issues
