Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Site Administrator at our wind farm in Gunning NSW. This role will see you provide operational support for wind farm activities and collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure compliance with HSEQ, risk and reporting requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in site-based work and contribute to the success of our dynamic team. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining site-specific documents, and ensuring accuracy in data management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational administration support to the Site Manager and site team
  • Maintaining site-specific documents, policies, and procedures
  • Preparing and processing invoices for payment
  • Communicating with contractors and visitors
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior administrative experience, including HSEQ activities
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office software and databases
  • A valid NSW or equivalent Australian state driver's license
  • The ability to work under a matrix reporting structure
