  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our solar PV systems and BESS components on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily site operations related to renewable energy systems
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive work packs
  • Assist in creating and reviewing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for proper implementation
  • Monitor contractor performance for compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and electrical codes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the site and project office
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in site management, particularly with solar farm and/or BESS projects
  • Familiarity with work packs and ITPs
  • Knowledge of industry and safety regulations
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work on remote sites
  • Legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizen, PR, or valid working VISA)
