Job Opportunity: Information Governance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Governance Specialist to join our team in an exciting opportunity to support an uplift program focused on information management and records governance.

This role will involve:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of information management frameworks, standards, and processes
  • Assisting with digitisation and quality management initiatives
  • Contributing to the implementation of archiving solutions
  • Providing project delivery support, including stakeholder engagement and risk management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in digitisation and archiving solutions
  • Skilled documentation and improvement of information governance processes
  • Knowledge of information management and security principles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with enterprise content management systems, including Microsoft 365

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Information Management Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement information management frameworks, standards, and processes.
  • Assist with Digitisation Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of digitisation strategies and quality management initiatives.
  • Contribute to Archiving Solutions: Assist in the implementation of archiving solutions and contribute to their ongoing maintenance and improvement.
  • Provide Project Delivery Support: Provide project delivery support, including stakeholder engagement and risk management.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.

  • Experience in Digitisation and Archiving Solutions: Experience in digitisation and archiving solutions is essential for this role.
  • Skilled Documentation: Skilled documentation and improvement of information governance processes are critical for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of Information Management and Security: Knowledge of information management and security principles is required for this position.
