Job Title: Procurement Strategy Expert

The Procurement Strategy Expert plays a pivotal role in driving the company's procurement strategy, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance functionality and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a greenfield procurement function, responsible for building capability, providing insights, and ensuring processes, procedures, and training manuals for procurement best practices are driving performance uplifts.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track-record of delivering process improvements and fine-tuning enhancements to support functions within the procurement team. They will be highly visible ambassadors for the procurement team, working collaboratively with core business units including Finance, Legal, and IT on process refinements.

Key responsibilities will include leading and facilitating initiatives to improve capability, overseeing the delivery of tools to ensure procurement analytics, compliance frameworks, and program management are fully supported. They will also be responsible for developing catalogues, setting up contract administration frameworks, and coordinating a procure-to-pay system.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, combined with logical, data-driven thought processes. They will be approachable, communicative, and demonstrate an obvious administrative flair and people-centric, customer-service-oriented mindset, combined with crisp analytics and report writing.
