Job Opportunity: 1-2 Year PQE Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated lawyer to join our family law team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in family law, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling family law files with minimal supervision;
  • Providing timely and practical legal advice to clients;
  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and counsel;
  • Conducting legal research;
  • Preparing financial disclosure, court documents, and affidavits;
  • Attending court and conciliations;
  • Attending and conducting client meetings.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a practising lawyer;
  • Strong interest in family law;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Maturity and confidence in dealing with stakeholders associated with running a family law matter;
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle own matters;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships;
  • Provide high-quality client service;
  • Work effectively in a team environment;
  • Effective time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
