Family Law Lawyer Position

We are seeking an experienced Family Law lawyer to join our dynamic team in Campbelltown.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling family law files with minimal supervision, providing timely and practical legal advice to clients, liaising with clients, third parties and Counsel, conducting legal research, preparing financial disclosure and Court documents, attending Court and Conciliations, and attending client meetings.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic lawyer to develop their skills in Family Law. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to specialise in this area of law.

The role involves:

  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of Family Law legislation and procedures
  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents
  • Representing clients in Court and Conciliations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, maturity and confidence in dealing with stakeholders associated with running a family law matter, ability to work autonomously and handle own matters, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships, provide high-quality client service, work in a team environment, effective time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

You will also need to have a strong desire to specialise in Family Law, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
