- Handling Family Law files with minimal supervision;
- Provide timely and practical legal advice to clients;
- Liaise with clients, third parties and Counsel;
- Conduct legal research;
- Preparing financial disclosure, Court documents including initiating Applicants and Affidavits;
- Briefing Counsel;
- Attending Court and Conciliations; and
- Attending and conducting client meetings.
You will be working with a well-established client base, and the nature of work will be highly challenging and rewarding.
