About the Role:
As a senior mental health professional, you will provide expert leadership to a multidisciplinary team in our High Security Inpatient Service. Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Key attributes include well-developed clinical expertise in forensic mental health care and service delivery, effective communication skills, and the ability to drive organisational goals forward.
Responsibilities encompass providing leadership and accountability for daily team activities, leveraging expertise to maximise team capabilities, and building positive relationships with team members and clients.
Essential requirements include being fully vaccinated against certain diseases and holding relevant qualifications and registration or membership with an appropriate authority.
