Senior Mental Health Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a National Team Leader. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, develop and motivate a team of mental health professionals, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and management to ensure that business objectives are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and developing a high-performing team of mental health professionals;
- Mentoring and supporting clinicians to achieve their full potential;
- Leading the clinician team to deliver exceptional service quality and drive business results;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients;
- Fostering a positive culture of performance excellence within the team.
This is a hybrid role, combining leadership and treatment work, with a mix of office and clinical duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities;
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development;
- Allied Health qualifications (e.g., Reg General Psych, MH Social Worker).
