Mental Health Leadership Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical care and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage advanced clinical skills, including leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Coordinate referrals, crisis management, assessments, reviews, and transition planning within a case management framework.
- Chair and lead multi-disciplinary meetings regarding suicide risk assessment and case management of complex prisoners.
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders to enhance operational and clinical outcomes.
- Direct, manage, and coach staff using contemporary human resource practices.
- Create an engaged and high-performing team with a focus on work-life balance and strong team culture.
- Advanced qualifications in mental health or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership, clinical supervision, and operational management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
