Job Title: Practice Team Leader
\This is a leadership opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed, recovery-oriented mental health support.
\About the Role\- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Psychologists, Social Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners.
- Champion an inclusive and reflective team culture rooted in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our Drop-In service, in collaboration with the Peer Team Leader.
- Ensure effective use of Outcome Tools (e.g. K10), Recovery Plans, and Risk Assessments.
You will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to guests, building and maintaining strong relationships across various stakeholders.
\Key Responsibilities\- To lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering mental health services.
- To champion a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approach within the team.
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Drop-In service.
- To ensure effective use of outcome tools and risk assessments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Allied Health and relevant registration.
- Relevant experience in mental health (leadership experience highly regarded).
- Proven ability to deliver participant support.
- Strong team player with experience in multidisciplinary environments.
