Café Operations Manager

Our busy 24-hour fuel, convenience retail and café site in Mareeba is looking for an experienced manager to lead our team. As the Café Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food standards and delivering excellent customer service.

The successful applicant will have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team. They will also have knowledge of health and safety regulations, including best practice food hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of the café, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality standards
  • Manage the café's inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment compliant with company policies
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including best practice food hygiene practices
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion to deliver good quality food
