About the Role

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dairy department. Your primary objective will be to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team that consistently meets sales targets, maintains excellent standards, and provides exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and drive a positive team culture that prioritises health, safety and wellbeing
  • Maintain exceptional department standards through effective stock management, rotation routines, waste control and quality assurance
