We're on the hunt for a motivated Café Assistant Manager to join our team. Your role will involve assisting the Café Manager, overseeing operations, and ensuring top-notch service. With a friendly demeanor and barista skills, you'll be crafting delicious beverages and delightful treats while fostering a clean and inviting atmosphere. Although the facility is opened 7 days a week, this position will ideally operate Monday to Friday (some flexibility for occasional weekends is required), with daytime hours. The venue counts 2 outlets which provide a mix of short orders or quick service style food with both take away and dine-in options.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous café or hospitality experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency only).
- Barista skills and a desire to create exceptional coffee moments.
- Basic food safety certificate preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
