About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Livestock Administration Officer. As a key member of our Livestock management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative, bookkeeping, and procurement support to operations nationally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with team members in multiple locations to reduce their administrative workload and ensure smooth operations.

This is a full-time position, however part-time arrangements may be considered if requested. The successful candidate will report directly to the National Manager - Livestock.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Livestock management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assisting with financial transactions, such as invoicing, reconciliations, and budget monitoring.
  • Coordinating procurement activities, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and negotiating contracts.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues related to administration and operations.
