Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Dining Area Ambassador.

As a Dining Area Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers. This includes setting tables, polishing cutlery, and maintaining a clean environment that meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare the dining area for service by setting tables, polishing cutlery and maintaining a clean environment.
  • To serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
  • To handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve high standards of customer service, communication, and teamwork.
