About The Dining Experience

The Dining Room is a luxurious harbour side restaurant offering breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and the iconic Sydney Opera House. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by being attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly in all interactions with guests.
  • Providing clear and concise information about menu items, promotions, and special activities.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, floors, and surroundings.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, and other beverages an advantage.
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate.
