**Food and Beverage Supervisor Role Description:**

Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the dining area is presented to a high standard, developing and delivering operating procedures, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective operating procedures for food and beverage services
  • Assist in monitoring beverage stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Provide warm welcomes and farewells to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Respond to customer requests and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate customer feedback to management for review and action
  • Act as a point of escalation for teams and manage resolution effectively
  • Effectively onboard and train new team members to ensure a seamless transition

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality, with previous supervisory experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and develop a team to excel
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail
  • A people person who can engage with customers and employees alike
  • The ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with WH&S best practice guidelines
