Philips is a global healthcare company committed to improving lives through innovation. We're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team on the Deployable Health Capability (DHC) program.
The successful candidate will perform maintenance activities, conduct inspections, and provide engineering support to our customer. Equipment involved includes patient monitoring, defibrillators, ventilators, anesthesia systems, and electrosurgery systems.
This role will be based in Bundamba, where you'll deliver service at the Deployable Health Capability Support Centre. There will be travel required to various Defense establishments within Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute technical service to requests, problems, or planned service activities.
- Accurately document service records using the service management system.
- Actively involved in customer escalations, complaints, or feedback, following agreed processes.
- Manage technical escalations through to resolution, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development.
- Assist with logistical, operational, and order processing tasks, as well as timely processing of customer purchase orders.
