As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in running the store effectively and profitably. You'll assist in developing a customer-focused culture through sales, service, and compliance initiatives, and inspire a diverse team to reach set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

We're looking for someone with established experience in a customer-facing role as a supervisor or assistant manager in retail. You should have exceptional people and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales while fostering a culture of openness, courage, and joyfulness.

You'll need to have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs, and a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business.
