Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our business strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial planning process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators and forecasts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable insights to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement, driving efficiency and productivity.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years commercial experience, preferably in a financial or business analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience working with financial systems, including ERP and BI tools.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g. CA, CPA, CIMA) or equivalent.
