The role involves planning Pilots training, booking travel to simulation training, and assisting with Crew travel.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing rosters for Operations.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and third-party vendors to coordinate crew training.
  • Ensuring crew members are qualified to meet project requirements.
  • Developing and managing accurate and compliant rosters.
  • Fully conversant with the FRMS and associated Work Practices/EBA.
  • Processing of allowances and claim reimbursements in accordance with the EBA.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate reports.
  • Competent with MS office packages.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to drive change and recommend process improvement initiatives.
  • Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic approach within a dynamic business environment.
