Aerial Survey Pilot Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pilot to join our team in support of aerial survey mapping. As a senior member of the crew, you will be responsible for deploying the aircraft and infrared line scanner operator into an operational environment searching for and mapping fire and flood areas.

Liaising with government agencies and emergency services, your role will involve ensuring the aircraft completes its required tasks.

The day-to-day activities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the contract and working closely with the pilot team.
  • Being available for on-call deployments at short notice (1-2 hours).
  • Captaining the B200 King Air in support of aerial survey mapping.
  • Responding to requests from scanning operators and on-ground support services.
  • Collaborating with the team to plan and deliver missions.
  • Traveling to country areas that may require overnight stays.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2000 hours of flight experience.
  • At least 1500 hours of Pilot-In-Command time and 500 hours of Multi-Engine time.
  • Recent experience of single-pilot operations and at least 500 hours in the B200.
  • A current Commercial Pilot License.
  • A current Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
