We are seeking Expressions of Interest for qualified Pilot LiDAR/BARS individuals to join our aviation team operating our P68 fleet.

About the Role:
This full-time, hands-on position reports to the Head of Flying Operations (HOO). It is ideal for an adaptable individual who enjoys travel, thrives in dynamic environments, and has a proactive attitude. The successful candidate will be a team player with a professional outlook and must reside within 2 hours of a major Australian city.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute aerial survey missions in a timely manner.
Monitor weather and other conditions to ensure safe and efficient flights.
Capture and deliver high-quality imagery accurately.
Navigate congested airspace and coordinate air traffic.
Inspect and monitor aircraft, powerplant, systems, and equipment.
Maintain aircraft and equipment cleanliness and organization.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and submit daily reports.
Ensure aircraft performance within operational parameters of capture systems.
Comply with aviation regulations and the company's Operations Manual.
Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks promptly.
About You:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within a small team.
Hold an Australian Commercial Pilot's Licence for Aeroplanes.
Experience in Primary Control Zones (Class D and C).
Previous survey or special mission operations experience.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Total command hours: 1500.
Command hours on Multi-Engine Class Willingness to work a 16-day on / 12-day off roster, including 4 standby days within the off period.
