Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in the Retirement Living sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in guiding retirees and their families through important life decisions, with a strong understanding of the Retirement Villages Act.

The successful candidate will manage the complete sales journey for both new and resale homes, from initial enquiry through to contract and settlement. They will also be responsible for coordinating refurbishment of vacated properties, liaising with village personnel, builders, and the development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering premium Retirement Living Communities in Melbourne, with a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert enquiries into settlements across new, off-the-plan, and resale homes">
  • Build relationships with retirees, their families, and key influencers">
  • Support residents through emotional, complex decisions with empathy and tact">
  • Coordinate refurbishment of vacated villas and apartments">
  • Keep CRM and marketing channels up to date and active">
  • Engage with local communities and build referral networks">

  • Experience in Retirement Living sales is essential, with a strong understanding of the Retirement Villages Act">
  • Natural empathy, emotional maturity, and active listening skills">
  • Able to have thoughtful conversations around lifestyle changes, health, and family dynamics">
  • A warm, professional presence that inspires trust and calm">
  • Strong admin/CRM capabilities and real estate knowledge (Agent's Rep certificate or Licence required)">
  • A driver's licence and Monday–Friday availability">
