Member Services Advisor Role

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to support our members, employers, and external financial advisors with account, product, and legislation enquiries.

This permanent, full-time opportunity empowers our clients to make informed decisions about their retirement savings by listening to their needs and guiding them through times of hardship or life-changing events.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting members with account and product inquiries
  • Providing general advice where suitable
  • Liaising with employers and external financial advisors

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to pick up problems, and come up with creative solutions. Additionally, you will have:

  • Key Skills:
  • Experience working in a service-based industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, contact centres)
  • Aptitude for learning and adaptability
  • Natural resilience and patience to manage peak periods and high-pressure situations
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution

You will undergo an initial 4-week blended learning program, which includes classroom-based training and assessment activities to ensure your success in the role. Please note that flexibility and availability to work during operating hours (Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 9:00pm) is expected.
