The successful candidate will have experience in healthcare compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and third-party due diligence. They will be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance monitoring and risk assessment strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Design and execute comprehensive due diligence programs for third-party vendors
  • Conduct thorough reviews of due diligence questionnaires and external checks to identify potential red flags
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Manage data flow from data sources to end reporting engine for transparency reporting of transfers of value to healthcare practitioners and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and third-party due diligence
  • Strong background in healthcare compliance policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to exercise judgment and propose courses of action where precedent may not exist
  • Proven leadership skills with an ability to set a vision, inspire, champion change, and drive innovative thinking
  • Collaborative, team player that leads by example
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to see the big picture, and to formulate and execute strategy
  • Excellent analytical skills and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with conducting healthcare compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and third-party due diligence
  • Advanced degree or other similar certification preferred
  • Legal qualifications and legal practicing certificate are not required but may be favourable
