As a Home Care Worker, you will assist with daily living tasks, offer emotional support, and provide companionship. You will also help with domestic assistance, meal preparation, personal care support, social engagement, and transport services.
What We're Looking For- A kind-hearted and patient individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.
- Someone who shares our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence.
You will need to have:
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence.
- Reliable NSW C Class Motor Vehicle for travel between customer locations.
- Current accredited First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Covid-19 and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended).
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
- Previous experience in Home Care or Disability Support.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community).
- Above award hourly rates of pay.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
