About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Frontline Hospitality SA & NT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the restaurant's daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to restaurant staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall dining experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
