Exciting Opportunity for a Project Management Professional

RPS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Assistant to join our team in Alice Springs. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of large complex projects in the Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
  • Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and records
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Contribute to the development of project reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship and minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or similar
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
