About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Frontline Hospitality SA & NT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Provide coaching and training to restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
