This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a small-medium operational team and provide direction for patient recruitment associated with Cancer Screening Program (CaSP) comprehensive genetic profiling nationally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, supervising staff, and liaising with clinicians and medical services to deliver high-quality outcomes. They will also be required to monitor and provide comments on performance metrics, as well as experience resource planning and goal setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small-medium operational team and provide direction for patient recruitment associated with Cancer Screening Program (CaSP) comprehensive genetic profiling nationally.
  • Manage a team, supervise staff, and liaison with clinicians and medical services to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and provide comments on performance metrics.
  • Experience in resource planning and goal setting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in business operations and operations management within a professional setting.
  • Strong track record of leading and supervising teams in operational environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
