We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Collector to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate debt collection, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

- Debt Collection: Collecting outstanding debts from customers in a timely and professional manner.

- Account Reconciliation: Reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

- Administrative Duties: Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

- Proven Credit Control Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control or a related field.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

- Clear and Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
