  • A tertiary qualification in Youth Work or related fields (e.g., Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Community Work, Child Protection).
  • Experience in quality systems within residential youth services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license.
