Job Opportunity: Risk Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced risk management professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for supporting business units with risk management coordination, including identification, analysis, mitigation, and implementation in accordance with the organizational framework, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research into legislation and analyze safety data and trends to provide risk management insights
  • Coordinate transformational programs to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to deliver and achieve ALARP outcomes across various programs
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure risk assessments are conducted and stored in accordance with the organizational risk framework, policies, and procedures
  • Use technology and data-based solutions to coordinate analysis and identify risk insights (trends) and develop recommended efficiencies/improvements to support business units in driving risk reduction and transformation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within the industry (preferable)
  • Certificate/Diploma in risk management (preferable)
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver insights
  • Experience in risk management activities, including Bow Tie risk methodology and risk frameworks
  • Sound knowledge of industry regulations, occupational safety, and relevant standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to change and continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
