Protective Security Services Consultant
Foster a proactive Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) culture by providing specialist advice and developing tailored solutions for clients.
Work closely with clients to:
- Develop and implement security management systems
- Conduct audits, risk/threat assessments, and compliance workshops against ISO, PSPF, DSPF, and DISP standards
- Manage Statements of Work and address emerging issues
- Build strong client relationships and promote organisational values
- Identify and manage risks in line with our Risk Management Framework
We are seeking a highly skilled safety and security professional with operational experience in high-threat environments and strong governance expertise. Key requirements include:
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one (NV1 minimum)
- Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Commitment to our values and ethical standards
- Demonstrated experience with DSPF, DISP, and PSPF
- Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management
- Demonstrated experience as a security professional in a high-threat environment
- Relevant state/territory security licence
- Currently holds valid or previously held Defence Security Officer Course
In addition to the above, this role requires:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Advanced security qualifications (e.g., Intelligence, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Investigations)
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, 28000, and 31001
