Senior Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Operations Specialist to play a key role in designing, implementing, and evolving our security practices, techniques, tools, systems, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance our Security Operation Center to ensure the highest level of security maturity.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and improvement of our security architecture to mitigate potential threats.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new security tools and practices to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Identify, contain, and guide the remediation of security threats and cyber attacks through effective incident response.
  • Promote and grow the presence and thought leadership of our SecOps practice within the organization.
  • Contribute to open source threat intelligence initiatives to drive innovation and collaboration.
  • Drive threat modelling, table top exercises, and other SecOps practices across Engineering, IS, and the organization.
  • Develop high-quality learning and development materials for SecOps professionals.
  • Publish informative blog posts, whitepapers, and conference presentations to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Establish and track relevant SecOps Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Plan and deliver SecOps work within the framework of our agile engineering practice.
