Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Solutions Engineer. This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Adtech, MarTech or similar industries, with a strong understanding of end-to-end programmatic ad serving workflows. They will also possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the technical execution of client initiatives

  • Design, implement and document business and technical solutions for new client prospects

  • Understand and advise on client media monetization strategies

  • Address major escalations and client-wide difficulties

  • Act as a liaison between Account, Product, and Engineering teams

  • Provide training to internal teams and clients

  • Provide timely technical support and problem resolution

  • Support multiple regional clients proactively

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in Adtech, MarTech or similar experience

  • Experience with end-to-end programmatic ad serving workflows

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
